Clinical leadership, supervision, assessment, treatment planning, staff training, and program development.
BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising ABA services, training staff, and monitoring client progress.
BCaBA
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
Assisting with treatment implementation, data review, caregiver collaboration, and clinical follow-up under BCBA supervision.
RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Providing direct ABA therapy, implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and working closely with clinical supervisors.
